Mr. William Alfred Turman, age 84 of Sulligent, AL, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020, at Generations of Vernon.

Mr. Turman was born July 12, 1936, in Lamar County, AL, to the late Troy and Columbiana Turman  He was a lineman at Walker Manufacturing, and was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later time.

Survivors include his daughter, Sharon (Ben) Huguley of Winfield, AL; two grandchildren, Dwayne (Melissa) Cole of Huntsville, AL and LaDawn (Adam) Lawrence of Winfield, AL; four great-grandchildren, Abigail and Sam Webb, and Tyler and Payton Cole; and one step-grandchild, Charlie Jensen.
