Mr. Billy Ray "Bo" Miller, age 74 of Vernon, AL, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at his residence.

Mr. Miller was born November 15, 1942, to the late William and Janie Miller. He was a truck driver and worked for the City of Vernon. In addition to his parents, Mr. Miller was also preceded in death by his grandson, Bryant Perkins, his sister, Myrtie Cantrell, and his brother, Jim Miller.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 at Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church with Danny Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Free Will Baptist Cemetery in the Crossville Community. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6:00-8:00 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be James Godsey, Jackie Godsey, Jody Godsey, Stanley Locke, Ray Vice, Ben Maddox, Adam Maddox, and Chad Maddox.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Miller of Vernon, AL; three daughters, Patricia (Damon) Blaylock of Auburn, KY, Kathy (Dale) Perkins of Vernon, AL, and Crystal (Zack) Autrey of Guin, AL; one son, Billy Miller of Vernon, AL; ten grandchildren, Jonathan Wharton, Brittany Wharton, Brandy Givens, Bridget Wharton, Kandace Payne, Emerald Rhodes, Austin McCaleb, Colton McCaleb, Katelyn McCaleb, and Stormy Miller; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary (Pud) Merchant of Vernon, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews.
