Obituary
Mr. Billy Wayne Pennington, age 58 of Sulligent, passed away at his residence.
Mr. Pennington was born Aug. 5, 1952 in Lamar Co. to Virginia Pennington Hildreth and the late William Elbert Pennington. He served in the U.S. Army and Vietnam War and was a truck driver.
A memorial service will be Saturday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Wofford at a later day.
Survivors are his mother, Virginia Hildreth of Columbus, MS; David Wayne Pennington of Iowa; and two brothers, Eddie Pennington of Vernon and Eugene Pennington of Arley, AL.
He was preceded in death by his father.
