Obituary
Carolyn Janette Finch, age 74 of Caledonia, MS, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011, at her residence.
Mrs. Finch was born Oct. 15, 1936 in Lamar Co. to the late Davis and Josie Adair. She retired from operating a child daycare business in Caledonia and was a member of the Vernon Church of Christ where she was active in many church activities.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 at the Vernon Church of Christ with Sonny McLellan officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. There will be a visitation Monday evening 6-8 at the funeral home.
Survivors are son, Eddie (Kathy) Finch of Vernon; daughter, Tangie (Jeff) Sansing of Millport; four grandchildren, Katie Dorough, Emily Rhudy, Madison Green, and Taylor Sansing; two great-grandchildren, Shane and Allie Rhudy; and one sister, Linda Livingston of Caledonia, MS;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald B. Finch; parents, Davis and Josie Adair; two brother, J.D. Adair and Buddy Adair; and two sisters, Ruth Montgomery and Laverne Shackelford.
