Mrs. Carolyn Eunell Heatherly, age 83 of Vernon, AL, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. Heatherly was born January 19, 1936, in Cullman, AL, to the late Chesley and Leon Chaney.  She was married to the late James Curtis Heatherly and was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with her son, Curtis Heatherly, officiating.  Burial will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be Tuesday, 1:00-2:00, prior to the service.

Survivors include one son, Curtis (Kathy) Heatherly of Vernon, AL; one daugther, Pam (Carl) Froshour of Vernon, AL; four grandchildren, Chesley (Merry Kyle) and Mary Heatherly, and Zack and Chance Clardy; one brother, Bob (Pat) Chaney; and her special friend and caregiver, Tammy Metcalf.
