Mrs. Cathy Diane Parrott, age 60 of Vernon, AL, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Generations of Vernon.

Mrs. Parrott was born December 23, 1958, in Columbus, MS, to the late Therond and Katherine Adams.  She was a homemaker and was married to the late Tommy Parrott.  Mrs. Parrott was also preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Adams.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with James Godsey officiating.  Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday evening, 6:00-9:00 PM.

Survivors include two daughters, Tasha Godsey and Mellisa Hedrick; one son, Radall Parrott; one step-daughter, Michelle Parrott; eight grandchildren, Kayla Godsey, Angelina Hedrick, Brooklyn Godsey, Gracie Parrott, Nathan Godsey, Ethan Parrott, Reagan Parrott, and Lucas Parrott; one great-grandchild, Kayben Scott; three brothers, Terry Adams, Randy (Ramonia) Adams, and Jr. Adams; four sisters, Donna (Buddy) Adams, Ruby Adams, Bobbie (Wayne) Dison, and Mae (Bobby) Edwards; and 24 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home in Cathy Adams Parrott's name.
