Mr. William David Pennington, age 70, of Vernon, AL, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Mr. Pennington was born September 2, 1952, in Vernon, AL, to the late William Gene and Belva Jean Pennington.  He served in the National Guard and was an electrician.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 26, at 12:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Gary Seay officiating.  Burial will follow at Furnace Hill.  Visitation will be 10:00-12:00 prior to the service.

Survivors include his wife, Jeannie Pennington; two daughters, Keri Nicole (Chad) Rogers and Amy (Kyle) Shaw; one son, Richard Tyler (Sarah) Pennington; six grandchildren, Katie Grace Rogers, Lyla Rogers, Gracie Jaudon, Karden Shaw, Wheeler Shaw, and Everleigh Lynn Pennington; one brother, Michael (Donna) Pennington; and one sister, Rena (Mike) Jaudon.
