David Nicholas Simon, age 66, of Vernon, AL, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026 at his residence.
Nick was born on May 10, 1959 in Columbus, MS to Elaine Williams Simon and the late Kenneth Nicholas Simon.
He was a 1977 graduate of S.D. Lee High School, enjoyed fishing at every opportunity, and was an avid fan of the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Survivors include his mother, Elaine Simon; his wife of 42 years, Tammy Simon; his son and best friend, Cade Simon; his beloved grandsons Nicholas Brooks Simon and Fisher Lane Simon; sisters Vickie Noguchi and Michelle Simon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Per his request, there will be no services.
