Obituary
Mr. Davis Daniel Prosser, age 73 of Vernon, passed away Sunday, Sep. 12, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Mr. Davis was born April 16, 1937 in South Carolina to the late Phillip and Dora Prosser. He served in the Army and Coast Guard and was a welder for Arvins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel with James Walden and Danny Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Shilo cemetery in the Hightogy community. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-8.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Pat) Prosser of Vernon; three daughters, Andrea (Danny) Shaw of Vernon, Jeannie Prosser of Vernon, and Alison Martin of South Carolina; son, Jeff Prosser of South Carolina; ten grandchildren, Crystal Goforth, Bubba Shaw, Brandy Shaw, Cole Trull, Danyele Trull, Abbie Trull, Beth Prosser, Tiny Prosser, Ashley Carter, and Daniel Carter; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
