Miss Deborah Sue Morton, age 56 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012, in Vernon.
Miss Morton was born July 9, 1956, in Columbus, MS, to Sarah Morton and the late Kelly Morton. She was a floral designer and enjoyed baby sitting. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Robinson.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Ben Butler and Terry Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be Tuesday 12-2 prior to the service.
Survivors include her mother, Sarah Morton, of Vernon, AL; brother, James (Becky) Morton of Vernon, AL; and two nieces, Stephanie Morton of Dallas, GA and Ginny Morton of Nashville, TN.
