Mr. Don Howell Randolph, age 75 of Vernon, AL, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at his residence.

Mr. Randolph was born May 4, 1940, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Almus and Parrie Randolph. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a machinist at NACCO. He was a member of the Church of Christ and preached at Antioch Church of Christ. Mr. Randolph enjoyed being with his family and being PawPaw to his grandchildren and great-grands. In addition to his parents, Mr. Randolph was also preceded in death by his daughter Donna Randolph.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2:30 from the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Kenneth Randolph and Sonny McLellan officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6-8.

Survivors include his wife, Liz Randolph of Vernon, AL; two sons, Mike (Sherry) Randolph of Kennedy, AL and Tim (Patti) Randolph of Fayette, AL; two step-daughters, Beth (Mike) Hays of Vernon, AL and Kim (Jamie) Robinson of Sulligent, AL; one step-son, Greg (Julie) Jones of Charleston, SC; 11 grandchildren, Matt Randolph, Michael Randolph, II, Jessica Cochran, Mary Katherine Randolph, Shad Hays, Josh Hays, Garrett Moore, Connor Robinson, Alex Jones, Tyler Jones, and Ashley Jones; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Sue Whitson of Mt. Olive, AL and Jane (Bobby) Pearson of Northport, AL; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and relatives.
