Eddie Odean Faulkner, age 82 of Sulligent, passed away Monday, Nov. 15, 2010 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle in Columbus.
Mr. Faulkner was born April 7, 1928 in Savannah, TN to the late John Sherman and Beadie Hinson Faulkner. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was an auto mechanic.
Funeral services will be Wed. at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Jackie Gilmer officiating. Graveside services will be Thur. at 1:00 at Crittenden Memorial Park in West Memphis, AR. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-9.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Faulkner of Sulligent; son, Dennis Faulkner of Hardy, AR; daughter-in-law, Terry Cribbs of Sulligent; granddaughter, Kimberly Faulkner of Hardy, AR; three grandsons, Shane Faulkner of Colt, AR, and Jarod and Wesley Cribbs; three sisters, Mary Dugard of Hardy, AR, Juanita Emrich of Citrus Springs, FL, and Naomi Williams of Forrest City, AR; three brothers, Carl Faulkner of Cherokee Village, AR, Clay Faulkner of Ward, AR, and David Faulkner of Humble, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Daphney Povell and Lillie Wright; and one brother, Ray Faulkner.
