Obituary
Mr. Eugene Adams, age 76 of Vernon, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011, at his residence.
Mr. Adams was born Nov. 13, 1934, in Columbus, MS to the late Jesse and Edna Adams. He was a combine repairman for John Deere.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Danny Avery officiating. Graveside service will follow at Furnace Hill.
Survivors are his son, Ron (Faith) Adams of East Moline, IL; two daughters, Teresa Adams of Omaha, NE and Joyce (Rafael) Llaca of Moline, IL; two sisters, Juanita (George) Rogers of Mississippi and Angie Hutchison of Sulligent; and four grandchildren, Justin Adams, Lindsay Whitney, Andrew Llaca, and Ashlee Adams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Hazel Adams; children, Debbie Adams and Dennis Adams; brother, J.L. Adams, Troy Adams, LeRoy Adams, John Adams, and Bobby Adams.
