Obituary
Mrs. Faye Onnie Hollis Boman, age 82 of Columbus, MS, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Aurora Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Boman was born May 20, 1930, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Mose and Ola Hollis. She was a school teacher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Boman; son, Jimmy Brooks Boman; three sisters, Willie Hollis, James Hollis, and J.B. Hollis; and sister, Nellie Wilson.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00 in the funeral home chapel with Steve Joyner officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be Saturday 11-1 prior to the service.
Survivors include two daughters, Faye Jeannie Malkawi of Columbus, MS and Michelle Brooke Boman of Tool, TX.
