Mr. Gerald "Junior" G. Randolph, age 90 of Vernon, AL, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at Generations of Vernon.

Mr. Randolph was born January 31, 1924, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Gerald G. Randolph, Sr. and Laura Rector Randolph. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and World War II and was self employed. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Ovella Randolph, all his brothers and sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel with David Maxson and Howard Dunaway officiating. Graveside services will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens with full military honors. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6-8.

Survivors include his daughter, Judy (Jerry) George of Vernon, AL; two sons, Jeff (Sally) Randolph and Mark (Phyllis) Randolph both of Vernon, AL; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
