Gloria Brock

Mrs. Gloria Banks Brock, age 80, of Millport, AL and formerly of Vernon, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at her residence.

Mrs. Brock was born June 27, 1945, to the late Charlie and Elna Parker. She was a homemaker and was married to the late Byrum Brock. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers, Lee Parker, Lester Parker, Cecil Parker, Arnold Parker, Gordon Parker, Earl Parker, and Emory Parker; and four sisters, Polly Glasgow, Iris Mayfield, Edith Kemp, and Thelma Woods.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 2, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Minor, Brent Harris, Jake Parker, Danny White, Jarryd Rogers, and Justin Rogers.

Survivors include her daughter, Lynn (Derrick) Cunningham of Millport, AL; three grandchildren, Justin David Rogers, Jarryd Brock Rogers, , and Raven Cunningham; one great-grandchild, McKenzie Cunningham; one brother, George Parker; and her special friend, Georgia Davidson.
