Mr. Henry Edward Bush, age 80 of Vernon, AL, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus.

Mr. Bush was born May 28, 1940, in Pickens County, AL, to the late Luther Bush, Sr. and Sylvia Bush.  He was an auto mechanic and attended St. Paul's Independent Methodist Church.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Bush, and his sister, Ella Mae Vaughn.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3:00 in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Bro. John Powell officiating.  Burial will follow at Egger Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday 2:00-3:00 prior to the service.

Active pallbearers will be Lance Hall, Bryan Hall, Paul Hopper, Glenn Hopper, Justin Northam, and Lance Northam.  Honorary pallbearers will be the men at St. Paul's Independent Methodist Church, Lee Gallop, and Billy Kidd.

Survivors include his wife, Jeannette Bush of Vernon, AL; one daughter, Michelle (Shawn) Franks of Vernon, AL; one son, Joshua Bush of Vernon, AL; two brothers, Perry (Nancy) Bush of Steens, MS and Luther (Shelia) Bush, Jr. of Columbus, MS; one sister, Christine (Bobby) Anderson of Columbus, MS; and a host of other family and friends.
