Mr. Horace Esker "Eck" Hall, age 97 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020, at Windsor Place in Columbus.

Mr. Hall was born August 21, 1923, in Columbus, MS, to the late Milford Esker and Addie Hall.  He was a steel worker, and was married to the late Eula Mae Easley Hall.  He was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, three brothers, and one sister.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 1, at 2:00, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with James Ivan Hall officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Steens.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Survivors include one son, Horace Esker "Ecky" Hall, Jr. of Rydel, GA; two daughters, Elizabeth Easley Hall Darnell of Tampa, FL and Dorothy Jane Hall Hadley of Loxley, AL; and seven grandchildren.
