Obituary
Mrs. Icie Reeves, age 87 of Vernon, AL, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Generations of Vernon.
Mrs. Reeves was born April 17, 1929, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Clady and Iva Foster and was a house wife. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ed Stanley, and two sisters, Adell Barnes and Alice Glasgow.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 from the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Carlos Dean officiating. Burial at will follow at Wofford Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 1-2 prior to the service.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Reeves of Vernon, AL; one son, Eddie Stanley of Vernon, AL; one brother, Jerry Foster of Adamsville, AL; and one sister, Mary Nell Horton of Vernon, AL.
