Obituary
Mr. Jackie McLemore, age 57 of Vernon, AL, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012, at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Mr. McLemore was born Aug. 12, 1954 to Jack and Helen McLemore. He was a truck driver and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Travis Brown officiating. Graveside services will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-2 prior to the service.
Survivors are his wife, Shirley McLemore of Vernon, Al; son Shawn (Deshana) McLemore of Vernon, AL; daughter, Joanna Bridges of Gordo, AL; three grandchildren, Race McLemore, Baze McLemore, and Jesse Conner Bridges; brother, Larry (Diane) McLemore of Vernon, AL; sister, Clara Sue (Lloyd) Clanton of Vernon, AL; two nieces, Tasha Scott and Tangie Landers; and two nephews, Kevin Clanton and Scott McLemore.
