Mr. James David Edwards, age 63, of Vernon, AL, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Edwards was born on August 24, 1962, in Caledonia, MS, to the late K.G. Edwards and Lucille Hall.  He loved his family and playing with his grandchildren.  He was also preceded in death by his step-father, John Hall, and two brothers, Wayne Edwards and Johnny Edwards.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 3, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Bro. James Godsey officiating.  Burial will follow at Sullivan Cemetery in Caledonia.  Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 PM prior to the service.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Barbara Edwards; his four children, Michelle Sneed, Ashley Morris, Jammie Cunningham, and James Tyler (CJ) Edwards; ten wonderful grandchildren whom he loved with all his heart; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Harrow and Judy Ford; and a host of nieces and nephews.
