Mrs. Gladys Jeanette Reeves Crawford Cline, age 88 of Vernon, AL, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017, at her residence.

Mrs. Cline was born February 18, 1929, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Calvin and Dora Reeves. She was a seamstress and also did floral designs from her home. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cline was also preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Junior Crawford and Elwin Cline; three brothers, Cloyce Reeves, Marshall Reeves, and Floyd Reeves; and three sisters, Sallie Reeves, Clorene Reeves, and Lela Robers.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Carlos Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Wofford Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 1:00-3:00 prior to the service.

Survivors include her daughter, Kitty (Ray) Pennington of Vernon, AL; one grandson, Thomas (Amber) Pennington of Vernon, AL; two great-grandchildren, Laken and Slade Pennington; one brother, Fred Reeves of Vernon, AL; a special nephew, Freddie Roberts; and a host of other family and friends.
