Mrs. Jeanie Rae Merchant Mosley, age 73, of Cuba, AL, and formerly of Vernon, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at her residence in Cuba.

Mrs. Mosley was born February 14, 1948, in Lamar County, AL, to the late Guy and Dessie Franks Merchant.  She was a 1966 graduate from Lamar County High School, and was a retail worker.

The family has chosen cremation, and will have a memorial service Friday, September 10, at 10:00 AM, at Cuba Church of God, with Bro. Ed Tatum and Max Potts officiating.

Survivors include her husband, William Mosley, of Cuba, AL; one daughter, Angie (Kevin) Potts, of Carrollton, AL; three grandchildren, Allie Rae (Tucker) Burkhalter, Brandon (Hannah) Potts, and Max Potts; three great-grandchildren, Wilson Burkhalter, Brooks Burkhalter, and Riley Potts; and numerous friends.
