Ms. Joyce Marie Bigham, age 65, of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021, at her residence.

Ms. Bigham was born July 14, 1956, in Tuscaloosa, AL, to the late Albert B. and Clarean Beasley Bush.  She worked in the billing department at hospitals, and was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Dixie Rae Bigham.

Funeral services will be Thursday, September 23, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Dillion Jones and James Godsey officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Jonathon Elrod, Ethan Hayes, Brian Cox, Palmer Byrd, Tyler Bigham, and Kenneth Pate.

Survivors include three sons, Brandon (Shannon) Bigham of Northport, AL, Victor (Katie) Bigham of Vernon, AL, and Brady (Tonya) Bigham of Sulligent, AL; seven grandchildren, Lexi Bigham, Lane Bigham, Dakota Bigham, Drake Bigham, Hailey, Ethan, and Chloe.; two brothers, James Bush of McCalla, AL, and Donald Bush of Irondale, AL; three sisters, Betty Elrod of Sulligent, AL, Ima (Barry) Cease of Prattville, AL, and Nora (Terry) Smith of Vernon, AL; a host of nieces and nephews; and host of other family and friends.
