Miss Judith Carol Barnes, age 45 of Vernon, passed away Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle in Columbus.
Miss Barnes was born Oct. 3, 1966, in Cullman, AL to Jan Barnes and the late Jim Barnes.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 3:00 in the funeral home chapel with Ed Broadway officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove. Visitation will be Sunday 1-3 prior to the service.
Survivors are her mother, Jan Barnes of Vernon; sister, Carla Hamilton of Millport; two brothers, James (Tina) Barnes of Vernon and Phillip (Joy Lynn) Barnes of Vernon; five nephews; two nieces; two great-nephews; and two great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Barnes.
