Obituary
Mrs. Judy Lane Rector, age 68 of Vernon, passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at her residence.
Mrs. Rector was born Dec. 30, 1943 in Vernon to the late J.T. and Erma Nell Perkins. She was a supervisor at Chromalox and enjoyed camping and going to Las Vegas.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel with Mike Neighbors officiating. Burial will be at Liberty Freewill Baptist Cemetery in the Crossville Community. Visitation will be Friday evening 6-9.
Survivors are three daughters, Jackie (Daniel) Shelnut of Vernon, Janet (Hugh) Watkins of Fayette, and Jina (Randy) McCaskill of Jackson, TN; two sons, Jimmy (Karen) Rector of Rosswell, GA and Jason (Patricia) Stanford of Vernon; brother, Ricky (Nina) Perkins of Vernon; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Rector.
