Ms. Linda Jean Cantrell, age 65 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, December 16, 2013, at Generations of Vernon.
Ms. Cantrell was born February 14, 1948, in Fayette, AL, to Wilma Hubbert and the late Hoyt Hubbert and was a dispatcher for the sheriff's department. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Hubbert.
Survivors include her daughter, Dana (Richard) Boman of Vernon, AL; her mother, Wilma Hubbert of Fayette, AL; three grandsons, Kade, Carter, and Tripp of Boman of Vernon, AL; two sisters, Diane Watkins of Fayette, AL and Brenda Vance of Montgomery, AL; three brothers, Steve Hubbert, Michael Hubbert of Kennedy, AL, and Bobby Hubbert of Fayette, AL.
