Mr. Lynn G McDaniel, age 83 of Vernon, AL, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.

Mr. McDaniel was born August 8, 1934, in Lamar Co., AL to the late Bradley and Mittie Lee McDaniel.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a carpenter.  Mr. McDaniel was also preceded in death by his wife, Bernice McDaniel; his daughter, Reba Indelicato; and nine brothers.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 12:00 at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Vernon with Patrick McDaniel, Bradley McDaniel, and Joe Beckon officiating.  Burial will follow at Wofford Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday morning 10:00-12:00 at the church prior to the service.

Survivors include three sons, Ron (Carol) McDaniel of Tallassee, AL, Michael Lynn (Marsha) McDaniel of Vernon, AL, and David Martin (Aletha) McDaniel of Oxford, AL; one daughter, Diane Lee (Larry) Stevens of Dothan, AL; eleven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Sue Brown and Elois McDaniel; two brothers-in-law, Bill Knight and Rabon Knight; one son-in-law, Tony Indelicato; and a host of nieces and nephews.
