Ms. Margaret Ann Brown, age 63 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016, at her daughter's residence.

Ms. Brown was born March 31, 1953, to the late Roy and Mary Hassell. She was a homemaker and was married to the late Michael Kelly. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Hassell, and a sister, Linda Simpson.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 3:00 at the Celebration Worship Center with James Godsey officiating. Graveside services will follow at Walnut Grove. Visitation will be Thursday 1-3 at the church prior to the service.

Survivors include two daughters, Kerry (James) Smith of Vina, AL and Michele (Casey) Snider of Tuscaloosa, AL; three grandchildren, Skyler, Katie, and Anna Grace Smith; two great-grandchildren, Anthony Michael James Smith and Danny Ray Madden IV; a granddog, Tux; two sisters, Carolyn Seals and Shirley Stafford; six step-children, Michele Griffin, Morgan Hartley, Scott Kelly, Amber Kelly, Courtney Kelly, and Haley Kelly; and a host of family and friends.
