Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Collins, age 91 of Vernon, AL, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Generations of Vernon.
Mrs. Collins was born April 22, 1923, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late Walter and Eva McDaniel. She worked in the auto parts department of United Technologies and was married to the late Robert Collins.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 in the funeral home chapel with Eddie Finch and Sonny McLellan officiating. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be Sunday 12:30-2:00 prior to the service.
Mrs. Collins is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Bobbie McDaniel of Sulligent, AL, and a host of nieces and nephews.
