Mary Kathleen Millican Crossley, age 96, of Tuscumbia, AL, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Calvary Baptist Church, 601 North Main Street, Tuscumbia, AL.  A memorial service will follow at 12:00 in the church sanctuary.  Rev. Darell Pace and Rev. Michael Rogers will officiate.  Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM at Furnace Hill Cemetery in Vernon, AL.

Mrs. Crossley is preceded in death by her parents, William Roscoe, Sr. and Mamie Kate Owen Millican; her brother, William Roscoe "Pete" Millican, Jr. (Janice); sisters, Johnnie Kate Mappin (George), Polly Rye (Clayton), Patricia Wheat (Reedus); her niece, Cynthia Millican Lacy; and her loving husband, Roy Milner Crossley.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary "Bitsey" Moore and son-in-law, Roger; grandchildren, Jennifer Buckner (Tommy) and Jonathan Moore (Gina); great-grandchildren, Kierstan, Lauren, Brayden, and Landon Buckner, Greyson and twins Ellyn Grace and Madelyn Moore, all of Tuscumbia.  She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Born in Sulligent, AL, Mrs. Crossley resided there for 22 years.  She then moved to Vernon, AL where she was a resident for 51 years.  The last 25 years of her life, she lived in Tuscumbia, AL.

Mrs. Crossley was a member of the United Daughters of Confederacy and the Eastern Star.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscumbia, AL.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Buckner, Cy Christian, Randell Gilmore, Dan McDaniel, Ken Michael, Ronnie Strawbridge, Ron Strawbridge, and Gentry Wheat.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brandyn Burget, Jeff Elledge, Robert Lee, and Leroy Willis.
