Ms. Mary Addine "Dean" Murphy, age 68 of Vernon, AL, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014, at her residence.
Ms. Murphy was born January 31, 1946, in Sulligent, AL to the late Lloyd and Annie Ludell Glover. She was a seamstress and was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Courtney Houk.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel with Travis Brown officiating. Graveside services will follow at Wofford Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-9.
Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Glover of Amory, MS; three sons, Michael (Kim) Yarbrough of Sulligent, AL, Tony Yarbrough of Vernon, AL, and Nick Murphy of Vernon, AL; one brother, Clarence (Linda) Glover of Vernon, AL; one sister, Bobbie Knight of Amory, MS; three grandchildren, Matthew Cruse, Logan Yarbrough, and Toni Yarbrough; and great-granddaughter, Addyson Houk.
