Ms. Mary McGee, age 72 of Vernon,AL, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014, at her residence.
Ms. McGee was born April 6, 1942 in Jefferson Co., AL to the late Ike and Willie Mae Gunn. She was a nurse and enjoyed playing tennis, traveling, and helping other people.
Funeral services were held Friday in the funeral home chapel with Willis Logan officiating. Burial followed at Lamar Memory Gardens.
Survivors include Todd McGee of Vernon, AL; three sons, David (Debra) McGee of Vernon, AL, Donald (Marla) McGee of New Hope, MS, and Danny (Lori) McGee of Vernon, AL; six grandchildren, Dusty, Joey, Kayla, Ethan, Logan, and Ragan McGee; three sisters, Bobbie Odom, Carolyn Davis, and Vicky Smith; and one brother, Sonny Gunn.
