Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Noland, age 64 of Winfield, AL and formerly of Vernon, passed away Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield.
Ms. Noland was born Feb. 12, 1947 in Lamar Co. to the late Bankston and Floy Mae Hollis and was a restaurant worker.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2:00 at Furnace Hill with James Godsey officiating.
She is survived by her son, Roger Dale (Gwen) Cantrell of Berry, AL; three brothers, Rex Hollis of Vernon, Bobby Hollis of OK, and A. C. Hollis of Macon, MS; three sisters, Betty Dawkins of Columbus, MS, Sara Nordwall of Hawaii, and Millie Jay of Columbia, SC; and four grandchildren, Ivie Nicole Nath, Nicolas Kyle Nath, Harley Dale Cantrell, and Ethan Alexander Cantrell.
