Obituary
Mr. Harry Mitchell Lucas, age 59 of Vernon, AL, passed away Friday, July 9, 2010, at his residence.
Mr. Lucas was born September 17, 1950 in Lamar Co., AL to Mavis Lucas and the late Floyd Lucas. He was a minister and in the National Guard.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 11, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with Ray Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Furnace Hill cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Survivors are his son, Mitch (Jenna) Lucas of Kilgore, TX; daughter, Jennifer Looney of Birmingham, AL; mother, Mavis Lucas of Vernon; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
