Mrs. Nettie Rhea Randolph, age 80, of Vernon, AL, passed away Friday, August 23, 2019, at West Alabama Hospice in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Mrs. Randolph was born March 5, 1939, in Lamar County, AL, to the late Lee Roy and Versa Lawrence.  She was a seamstress and was married to the late Vern Lee Randolph.  Mrs. Randolph was also preceded in death by her son, James Taylor.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 3:00 PM at the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with Kevin Sudduth officiating.  Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday 2:00-3:00 prior to the service.

Survivors include one son, Jeff Taylor of Guin, AL; one daughter, Rita (Jeff) Jordan of Clanton, AL; her daughter-in-law, Trish Taylor of Rock Hill, SC; three brothers, Leon Griffin, Maurice Griffin, and Curtis Griffin; five grandchildren, Niki Young, Andrea Carroll, Wesley Jordan, Casey Ward, and Zach Taylor; and three great-grandchildren, Hudson Carroll, Sophia Ward, and Turner Ward.
