Obituary
Mr. Noble Christian, age 89 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.
Mr. Christian was born Sept. 16, 1920 in Lamar Co., AL to the late Jessie Allen and Verla Christian and was a road constructor.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel with James Waldon and Danny Thompson officiating. Graveside services will follow at Liberty Freewill Baptist Cemetery in the Crossville Community.
Mr. Christian is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Christian, of Vernon; son, Raymond (Susan) Christian of North Judson, ID; daughters, Mary Lou Kiser of Leesburg, IN and Verla Mae Harter of Warsaw, IN; sister, Lavore Nesbett of North Manchester, ID; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
