Ms. Peggy Ann Fulmer, age 82 of Tupelo, MS and formerly of Vernon, AL, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo.

Ms. Fulmer was born June 10, 1939, in Lamar County, AL, to the late William Jefferson Glasgow and Edna Earl Shelton Glasgow.  She was a seamstress, and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Haines; seven brothers, Platt Glasgow, Clay Glasgow, Charles Glasgow, James Glasgow, Bert Glasgow, Billy Glasgow, and Bobby Glasgow; and three sisters, Velma Moore, Stella Shaw, and Lavern Kirtley.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 4, at 11:00 AM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Joe Moseley officiating.  Burial will follow at Furnace Hill.  Visitation will be Tuesday evening, 6:00-8:00 PM.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Billingsley, Johnny Glasgow, Chris Kirtley, Greg Bardon, Phillip Glasgow, Ricky Glasgow, Ray Hancock, and David Glasgow.  Honorary pallbearer will be Larry Moore.

Survivors include one son, Joe (Becky) Fulmer, of Saltillo, MS; three daughters, Brenda (Ben) Walker of Louisville, MS, Mary (Dale) Philley of Amory, MS, and Rebecca (Lanny) Greenwood of Olive Branch, MS; her son-in-law, Steve Haines, of Wichita, KS; nine grandchildren, Carina (Brett) Blythe, Wendy Haines, Brandon (Valerie) Walker, Tyler Walker, Daniel Philley, Beverly Philley, Ryan (Jackie) Greenwood, Aaron Greenwood, and Joseph Fulmer; four great-grandchildren, Patrisha and David DeJesus, Sutton Walker, and Rylynn Greenwood; two sisters, Polly Bardon and Dean Vail, and a host of nieces and nephews.
