Peggy Joy Randolph Harrison, age 88 of Vernon, AL, passed from this life Saturday February 13 ^th , 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Harrison was born December 6 ^th , 1932, in Fayette County, AL to the late Lonnie J. and Ruby Tate Randolph.  She was married to the late Eugene Harrison.  Mrs. Harrison worked in the Lamar County Circuit Clerk's office for over 30 years.  She was a member of the Bethel church of Christ.

Mrs. Harrison is preceded in death her parents, Lonnie and Ruby Randolph; her husband, Eugene Harrison; two brothers, Douglas Randolph and Kenneth Randolph; one sister, Tallulah May; and one grandson, Jeffory Gene Harrison.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 18, at 2:00 PM, at the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Sonny McLellan officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the service.  Burial will be at the Bethel church of Christ cemetery in Vernon, AL.

Pallbearers will be Jonathon McNees, Luke Crowe, Daniel Fields, Ben May, David Phillips, and Phillip Randolph.

She is survived by her children Ricky Gene (Rhonda) Harrison of Vernon, AL; Lita (Kevin) Fields of Millport, AL; three grandchildren, Amy (Jonathon) McNees of Northside, AL, Dawn Fields of Northport, AL, and Daniel (Katie) Fields of Millport, AL: five great-grandchildren, Luke Crowe, Hannah Crowe, Caleb Fields, Levi Fields, and James Fields; two sisters, Virginia Phillips of Montgomery, AL and Linda (Leon) Barnes of Little Rock, AR; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and two special caregivers, Sharron Spratt and Clara Hollis.
