Mr. Roger Dale Galloway, age 78, of Beaverton, AL, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo.

Mr. Galloway was born September 23, 1945, in Pontotoc County, MS, to the late Wesley and Modean Washington Galloway.  He served in the National Guard and worked at OMNI for a number of years.  He was also preceded in death by his wives, Betty Ann Galloway, Betty Lou Galloway, and Christine Galloway; one son, Steven Galloway; one daughter, Barbara Comer; one sister, Ann (Gene) Hill; and one brother, Monroe (Geneva) Galloway.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 27, at 1:00 PM, at People's Tabernacle Church in Sulligent, with Bro. Phillip Blaylock officiating.  Burial will follow at Fellowship Baptist Cemetery in Vernon.  Visitation will be at the church 12:00-1:00 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be John Boswell, Aydin Weeks, Adam Sprinkle, Chris Rhudy, Lynn Galloway and Sammy Hill

Survivors include his children, Timothy Dale (Peggy) Galloway of Houston, MS, Rodney Galloway of Amory, MS, Michele Galloway of Amory, MS, Ann (James) Godfrey of Millport, AL, Janet (Steve) Barnes of Golden Valley, AZ, and Cindy Boswell of Columbus, MS; two brothers, Bailey (Sarah) Galloway of Pontotoc, MS and David (Linda) Galloway of Vernon, AL; 12 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
