Mr. James Ronal Price, age 67 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS.

Mr. Price was born January 27, 1949, in Lamar Co., AL, to the late James Earnest and Hattie Lucille Price. He was an equipment operator for the Lamar County Commissioner's office.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 from the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with Sonny McLellan officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive. Visitation will be Tuesday evening 6-8.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Price of Vernon, AL; one son, Randall (Nikki) Price of Vernon, AL; one daughter, Regina (Bobby) Gray of Mt. Pleasant, TN; two step-sons, Anthony Head and Brian Head; one step-daughter, Chasity Winters; three grandchildren, Ryan (Hannah) Price, Emilee Price, and Brittany Kennedy; six step-grandchildren, Anna Grace Winters, Chase Winters, Kayson Head, Teagan Wheeler, Trent Wheeler, and Taylin Wheeler; one great-grandchild, Finley Price; two sisters, Carolyn (Jody) Hollis of Sulligent, AL and Belva (Ronnie) Redus of Vernon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
