Mrs. Sarah Jo Hopper, age 84, of Columbus, MS and formerly of Vernon, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Trinity Healthcare in Columbus.

Mrs. Hopper was born February 1, 1938, in Fayette, AL, to the late Everett and Idova Hall.  She was a bank teller at Citizens State Bank from 1977 until her retirement in 2000, and was married to the late Manley Hopper.

There will be a graveside service only Wednesday, October 26, at 1:00 PM, at Lampkins Cemetery, with Joe Beckon officiating.

Survivors include her son, Lee (Lorri) Hopper, of Columbus, MS, and her grandson, Garett Hopper, of Baton Rouge, LA.
