Mr. Roy Scott Allen, age 52, of Vernon in the Crossville Community, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025, in Sulligent.

Scott was born January 31, 1973, in Montgomery, AL, to the late Coy and Linda May Allen.  He worked as a roofer, and loved to fish, hunt, and spend time with his family and his grandchildren whom he adored.

The family has chosen cremation and will not have a service.

Survivors include his son, Josh (Makayla) Allen; his daughter, Keely Allen; three grandchildren, Troy Allen, Laken Lacy, and Camille "Cami" Allen; two sisters, Katrina (Robbie) Lee and Lagina J. Allen; five nieces and nephews, Megan (Tyler) Turner, Courtney (Andrew) Hagood, Macy (Joe Don) Pugh, Coy King, and Coby Bradford; eight great-nieces and nephews, Kaegin and Lane Turner, Makenzie George, Maddie Pugh, Tristan Hagood, and Steeler, Beckham, and Grey Bradford; and his two best buds, Bradley Hutcheson and Kenneth Franks..
