Steve Jackson

Mr. Stevion "Steve" Delano Jackson, age 70, of Vernon, AL, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his residence.

Mr. Jackson was born March 13, 1956, in Tompkinville, KY, to Earlene Russell Jackson and the late Robert Delano.  He was an auto parts salesman, and was also preceded in death by his brother, Tony Jackson.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 28, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Phillip Slone officiating. A graveside service will follow at Lamar Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Matt Duke, M.J. Duke, Benji Lacy, Tyler Lacy, Cody, McNees, and Terry Russell.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Jackson; his mother, Earlene Jackson; two sons, William (Angelica) Jackson and Tyler Jackson; two grandchildren, Rowan and Blakely Jackson; his sister-in-law, Donna Brown; his brother-in-law, Robbie (Katie) Blade; two nieces, Tara Fields and Laura Katherine Blade; three nephews, Kyle Jackson, Brandon Blade, and Wesley Blade; his special friends, Matt and Tina Duke, and Lisa Lacy; and a host of other family and friends.
