Mr. Steven Jay Madison, age 50 of Sulligent, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo.

Mr. Madison was born May 6, 1969, in Amory, MS, to the late Jacob and Linda Madison.  He was a construction worker and was also preceded in death by his brother, Butch Madison.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00 in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home with James Godsey and Lynn Godsey officiating.  Burial will follow at the Celebration Worship Center Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday 12:00-2:00 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Mark Madison, Brent Hartley, Luke Madison, Caleb Madison, Tye Madison, Tanner Purser, and Sam Rogers.

Survivors include two sisters, Melissa McDaniel and Tracy Madison; one brother, Stan Madison; his step-mother, Ann Madison; one niece, Kelsey Purser; five nephews, Mark Madison, Luke Madison, Caleb Madison, Tye Madison, and Brent Hartley; his special friend, Carol Lockhart; and a number of friends.
