Ms. Verlee Clanton Barham, age 95 of Fayette, AL, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015, at Fayette Long Term Care.

Ms. Barham was born August 7, 1920, to the late Armon J. and Dovie Clanton and was a seamstress. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Oneal Clanton, John Clanton, and A.C. Clanton; one sister, Pauline Wentz; and her grandson, Tommy Oliver.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 in the funeral home chapel with Billy Carl Sullivan officiating. Graveside services will follow at Furnace Hill. Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon at 2-3 prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Chris Perry, Bo Helton, Craig Barham, Jason Barham, Larry Leavell, and Matthew Aaron.

Survivors include two sons, Donald (Helen) Barham of Fayette, AL and Ronald (Linda) Barham of Columbus, MS; nine grandchildren, Donna (Ronnie) Cargile, Debbie Barham, Craig (Melanie) Barham, Diane (Larry) Leavell, Tammy McCarty, Jason (Tracy) Barham, Janet (Brandon) Adams, Russell (Felecia) Goss; 16 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
