Mr. William Earl Gartman, age 61, of Vernon, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021, at Fayette Medical Center-DCH.

Mr. Gartman was born October 15, 1959, in Fayette, AL, to Arneeder Gartman and the late John Billy Gartman.  He worked for the City of Vernon, and was also preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Gartman.

Mr. Gartman is survived by his mother, Arneeder Gartman of Vernon, AL; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Kim Gartman, of Vernon, AL; and his nephew, Justin Gartman.
